The Austin Aquarium has its own museum in which to display all of its collections. It also hosts several shows and special events. You can catch the live fish show at least once a month. You can see and hear live music, as well as exhibits from the various departments. You can also get up close with your favorite aquatic animal. You can go behind the scenes and meet the team of scientists who are on hand to answer questions and give you a behind the scenes look at what goes on in the aquarium. There are two main types of admission to the Austin Aquarium. The first is the general public admission. This price includes a general view of the aquarium from the ground and entrance to the aquatic life display. The second is the VIP admission, which includes all of the above, and a private tour of the aquarium with the owner and/or scientists.
